HOSPITALITY DESK
Exclusive reception or bidding farewell of passengers!
The Hospitality Desk provides the opportunity to greet passengers in the arrivals hall of Vienna Airport or to bid farewell in Terminal 3 prior to departure. The desk is the ideal contact point for reception, the coordination of shuttle services, the distribution of conference documents, welcome gifts or lounge vouchers. In any case, you can offer your guests an optimal service in Vienna.
Depending on group size, up to three desks can be provided simultaneously. Two swivel chairs are included per desk. Branding
with the company or event name is possible. The prices for leasing are daily rates, whereby we will happily adapt to your
individual requirements with regard to assembly and disassembly times. The desk support staff shall be provided by the client.
Two temporary permit cards shall be issued per hospitality desk, which allow access to the baggage claim hall in order to
assist guests with their baggage.
